When will I get my order?

Every item is made especially for you, we don’t keep bulk inventory, so there’s a short production window before your order ships.

Estimated timeline:

• Production: 1–4 business days

• Shipping:

– USA: 4–8 business days

– Europe: 6–8 business days

– International: 10–20 business days

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

What is your return policy?

Because everything is made-to-order (embroidered or printed just for you), we don’t offer traditional returns or size/style exchanges. This helps us reduce waste and avoid overproduction (thank you for supporting small-batch apparel)!

That said, if something arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or just not right, we’ll absolutely make it right.

Just email us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number + photo of the issue and we’ll replace or refund it. Easy.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you receive the wrong item, damaged embroidery, a misprint, or anything that’s our fault, we’ve got your back.

Send a photo within 30 days and we’ll replace it or refund you (your choice).

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Because every item is made especially for your order, we can’t offer size or color exchanges or accept change-of-mind returns.

Please double-check the size guide before ordering!

If you happen to receive something mislabeled (rare, but life happens), email us within a week with photos and we’ll fix it ASAP.

Hi, I’m Alison. I'm a mom of two and the accidental creative director of Inside Joke, this tiny family side project. Everything you see here was dreamed up, designed, and produced by members of our family on nights and weekends.

Our goal is simple: share our sense of humor and make people laugh. If you’ve ever run errands with a thermos of day-old coffee and a questionable grip on reality... welcome! I think we’ll get along great.

Every design starts with something I’ve said out loud (or muttered under my breath). Inside Joke is my way of giving other moms and caretakers something comfortable to wear that also quietly says, “Yep, same.”
